Roasted Veggies - Yummy!!!!

Use extra virgin olive oil, first cold press on the bottom of the baking dish and on top of the veggies

Pair with freshly ground Celtic sea salt

Electric oven temperature is at 375°F

Brussels sprouts, shaved
- 20 minutes

Cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 22 minutes

Squash, cut in little pieces
- 23 minutes or more, as needed

Kale slaw, saved
- 20 minutes

Bok Choi, leaves and stalk, sliced
- 20 minutes

Asparagus
- 22 minutes
